One female got beat up worse than the other two. She was in a hospital tank for a few weeks. Each needs their own large container since they are very large fish. The colony picked at the Tupperware for a few but then ignored it. I released the next night during the dark. One of the females was holding within a few weeks. I have introduced males so I don't know if it would work with them.

How long did you let them heal before reintroducing them using the Tupperware?

LIke, were they a week solid.

Or were they a couple months of healing solid?

And when you did it the second time...How did the existing colony react or act towards the females in the Tupperware? DId they mess with them at all? or were they just permited to be apart of the group and only got the same level of "attention" as the rest of the colony?

And Did you do them all at the same time? One tupperware or three?

Thanks

Alot of it just depends on the damn group as well. Sometimes you just gotta be lucky. Some groups will allow new fish w/o issue, while others will kill all outsiders regardless of how you introduce them.

Alot of times, I think, we believe that we can outsmart a group of fish. And maybe sometimes we can. But often times it's just good ol' fashoned luck
