Default syno petricolas with red bulus?

hey guys, was wondering if you would keep syno petricolas with red bulus? i'm just worried if they would interfere with the breeding? or would you keep something else instead? like say clown loaches ? any input will be highly appreciated.

thanks!

I've had Petricola cats with my WC Ikola Tropheus for a while now with no issues.

I think that you may be thinking of the Syno, Multipunctatus. They are the ones that swoop in a switch up other eggs for their own so their eggs thrive in the mouth of a mouth brooder. Not the Petricolas.

from my experience... My Petricolas are always hiding. I would add some well established Tropheus to the mix. I added 4 F1 Ikola males to a colony of 30 skittish Wild Brichardi Tropheus and they were good to go after a few weeks.
