Default Petrochromis Mtoto

Hi all I just wanted to upload a video of my Mtoto group I got from Turon at African Gold Aquatics. There is a total of 20 Mtoto so far (I am trying to convince him I need more lol). It came out to around 5 males and 15 females. Hope you enjoy the video.

getting some more in there is a good idea , there whont be to much aggression until they settle , start chowing down and start to breed . truly stunning polys cant wait to see some pics once theyve settled

Thanks for the nice replies and I agree I am a little worried on aggression so I will likely stuff it full of more smaller malawi as I have had good luck with aggression when doing that. When they are breeding the small malawi annoy the hell out of them which leads to less attacks directed at the females. I also can not wait for them to color up more. Some of the males have a powder blue tint to them but they havent colored up a ton yet. Oh and I am feeding them Kens metro flakes right now and I will likely switch to more NLS and a better spirulina flake with krill mixed in.

Sweet looking petros! Makes me think about getting a large group of them. It is almost a month later; please give us an update.
Thanks

Thanks they are all doing great and getting fat and starting their spawning behavior so I hope to have fry soon. I will make a video of them when I have a chance in a couple hours and put it up.
